We’ve gathered a list of our favorite areas to hit with the right attachment on your REPLAY™ to help you speed up your warm-up, decrease the risk of injury, and maximize your training results.

NECK + TRAPS

CHEST Warm up Routine

ATTACHMENT: Flat          TIME: 1-2 minutes          SPEED: 3-5

PROGRAM: Float the FLAT attachment in a continuous motion on each side of your chest. Massage each side for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

FOREARMS

FOREARMS Warm up Routine

ATTACHMENT: Fork          TIME: 1-2 minutes          SPEED: 2-4

PROGRAM: Glide the FORK attachment back and forth, perpendicular to the direction of your arm, along the length of each forearm for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

HIPS

HIPS Warm up Routine

ATTACHMENT: Beaded          TIME: 1-2 minutes          SPEED: 3-5

PROGRAM: Guide the BEADED attachment back and forth over the muscular portions of each hip. Massage each hip for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

CALVES

CALVES Warm up Routine

ATTACHMENT: Bar          TIME: 1-2 minutes          SPEED: 2-4

PROGRAM: Glide the BAR attachment up and down the length of each calf for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Position the attachment so it is perpendicular to your leg.
