I’ve been debating between Rapid Reboot boots & Hips and the Normatec product. I am so glad I bought the Rapid Reboot. I saved over $400, received free shipping and the product is as good if not better than Normatec.
I am actively using the boots on a daily basis- 5 minutes prior to a run for warmup and 20 minutes at night (Boots and Hips) for recovery.
