I ordered this years and years ago and bring it with me to every frisbee tournament, where the entire team lines up to use them after each tournament day. Recently I lent them to someone and he broke a pin on the connector.

Rapid Reboot gave me options to upgrade or just to retrofit my unit with the newer connectors (I guess the original design had this breaking issue, but I’ve had mine for like 6+ years no issue). Shipped them there, got them retrofitted, works great, fantastic customer service.

I bought this unit over a competitor many years ago because Rapid Reboot was friendly and helpful. The product has exceeded my expectations. It gets used several times a week going on 6 years. Very reliable. Helps with recovery for various supports from VB to cycling.

I bought the complete Genesis package which includes the hips/waist, legs, and arms compression sleeves a few months ago. The difference in how I feel after utilizing the system is palpably noticeable. The next day after utilizing the Genesis system to recover from a workout and before I begin the new day’s workout my extremities are less fatigued and inflamed. I am able to engage in a more intense workout because of it. Depending on the intensity of what you are doing, you have to be patient and engage in a recovery that is just as intense and you will notice a significant difference in how you feel and perform. I love it and I can’t wait for the more dynamic Regen to drop.

We absolutely love this system. It’s expensive, but as my wife and I have gotten older and trying to stay active and vital this has really helped. It’s noticeable how much it helps with soreness and the ability to stay active and we highly recommend it to family/friends.

You get to talk to REAL people when you call! Kenady was so incredibly helpful with getting my unit retooled to fit the new attachments on my unit. I feel like I could have chatted with her all day and the service was FAST! I cannot say enough good things about this company!!
