Rapid Full Reboot really does a great job for the benefit of the body while also being great for recovery after various sports and workouts. It does a very good job in lymphatic drainage, especially if you buy the complete set including the shorts which by the way can be put on either the buckles facing the front —which also allows you to work the lower back, a real happiness for me besides — or either to put the buckles facing the back which makes it possible to go to work on the lymph nodes which empty into the Pecquet cistern. Helps by reducing edemas, reducing cellulite, and giving a feeling of lightness after each session. Each of the pieces can be used independently to provide muscle benefit.
