By selecting I accept, you agree to the terms and conditions of the contest, as well as release Rapid Reboot Recovery Products LLC (Rapid Reboot) and Myostorm LLC (Myostorm) of liability (see Release and Waiver of Liability).

Terms and Conditions:
No purchase or entry fee is necessary to enter this challenge.
Entrants must be 18 years old or older and must reside in the United States (50 US states and District of Columbia).
Total mileage must be tracked using Strava as part of the Rapid Reboot Run Club.
Only run mileage collected from June 15, 2020 at 12:00 am to July 19, 2020 11:59 pm (time-zone specific based on your location) will count towards the total mileage.
Every 25 miles equals 1 giveaway entry. Participants may earn more entries by running more miles. There is no limit on entries.
Entry tiers are as follows: 25-49 miles = 1 entry; 50-74 miles = 2 entries; 75-99 miles = 3 entries; 100-124 miles = 4 entries; etc.
Winners will be randomly selected between the dates of July 21st and July 26th.
Winners will be announced July 27th and announced via email, as well as on the Rapid Reboot Run Club and Rapid Reboot’s social media channels.
Directions for redeeming miles (1 mile = $1) for a discount on Rapid Reboot products and packages will be emailed to participants at the close of the challenge.
Unredeemed miles are not eligible to be redeemed for cash, meaning Rapid Reboot will not give participants cash for miles not applied to a purchase.
Only miles from one (1) participant may be used towards one purchase, meaning miles may not be combined from two (2) or more participants towards one (1) purchase.
Only GPS run mileage as independently collected and verified by Strava will be accepted.
Mileage over 300 may be subject to additional verification in the form of additional information.
Rapid Reboot reserves the right to verify all mileage with Strava.
Rapid Reboot reserves the right to deny entries and redeemed miles for any reason.
Rapid Reboot and Myostorm are not liable for any injury, accident, or incident of any kind that may occur during the course of a person’s participation in this giveaway challenge (see Release and Waiver of Liability)
Rapid Reboot reserves the right to cancel or amend the challenge and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
Rapid Reboot is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

One prize per winner.
Participants who purchase between June 15th and July 20th are eligible to redeem their miles for a partial refund equal to their total miles. For example, someone who buys a Standard System at $995 between June 15th and July 20th but accumulates 100 miles during the challenge is eligible to redeem 100 miles for a partial refund of $100.
Miles expires 90 days after the conclusion of the challenge (October 20, 2020 at 5:00 pm MST)
Miles may not be combined with any other sale or promotion and are thus only applicable to retail value.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability.
Rapid Reboot reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, Rapid Reboot reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
Rapid Reboot will notify the winner when and how the prize will be delivered.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
Entrant’s information is only shared with Rapid Reboot and Myostorm. Any personal data relating to the challenge will be used solely in accordance with current United States data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to other third parties without the entrant’s prior consent.

Release and Waiver of Liability
By participating in the Run For Your Money giveaway challenge, each entrant hereby agree to these terms and conditions, and, on entrant’s own behalf, and on such behalf entrant’s heirs and assigns, agree to release and hold harmless Rapid Reboot and Myostorm and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against all claims and damages of any kind, in whole or in part, including economic damages and personal injury (including death), directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with your participation and/or entry in the challenge or giveaway or in any challenge or giveaway-related activity; the receipt, use, misuse, inability to use, or loss of the prize; the misdirection of the prize; and any and all claims based on rights of publicity, privacy, or defamation. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN ENTRANTS.
Except where prohibited, participation in the challenge constitutes each winner’s consent to the promoters’ and their agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
Rapid Reboot reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the challenge, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the challenge, as determined by the promoter in its sole discretion. In such event, promotor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the challenge or to be acting in violation of the terms and conditions of this or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the challenge may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, the promoter reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Promoter failure to enforce any term of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such provision.
Limitations of Liability
The Released Parties are not responsible for, and entrant, on its own behalf and on behalf of his or her heirs and assigns, hereby releases the Released Parties from, any claims arising from or in any way relating to: (i) miscommunications and technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (ii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service or of any website; (iii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the challenge; (iv) electronic or human error or intervention which may occur in any part of the entry process and in the administration of the challenge or the processing of entries; (v) any injury or damage to persons or property, including, but not limited to, entrant’s computer, hardware or software, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the challenge or access to any material from promoter’s website, regardless of whether the material was prepared by promoter or a third party, and regardless of how the material is connected to promoter website; (vi) use of any prize; (vii) the winner selection process including the outcome of the challenge; (viii) any injury or damage to persons or property (including personal injury and death) which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the prize; (ix) incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information or late and incomplete entries or entries received through impermissible or illegitimate channels, all of which will be disqualified; and (x) any costs related to the prizes, except as expressly set forth herein, including but not limited to, income, sales, property, and other taxes, fees and costs incurred by accepting the prizes. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO CERTAIN ENTRANTS.
In the event an insufficient number of eligible entries are received and/or promoter is prevented from awarding a prize or continuing with the challenge as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic/pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal, provincial or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS/COVID-19), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within promoter’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then promoter shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the challenge.
