3. Read

Watching TV can be a great stress reliever and easily justifiable if you’re also rebooting, but don’t forget to grow yourself mentally. Forcing yourself to sit down and immerse your mind in a book can be invaluable in so many ways.

4. Game

Gaming can easily eat up hours of your day, so why not multi-task with the recovery tool that takes no thought? Rebooting while you game can also counteract the negative effects of sitting for long periods of time by improving your circulation.
