"Elevating Performance": USA Climbing announces multi-year partnership with Rapid Reboot
USA Climbing is excited to announce a multi-year partnership with Rapid Reboot, the Official Compression Recovery Supplier of USA Climbing.
The new partnership provides climbers with greater access to Rapid Reboot’s innovative, dynamic compression technology and compliments other recovery tools recently implemented. Rapid Reboot’s systems will be available to athletes in a new recovery center set-up in the USA Climbing National Team Training Center in Salt Lake City. They will also accompany U.S. National Team athletes to various competitions, including the postponed 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, now scheduled for the summer of 2021.
“Rapid Reboot has been working with our National Team athletes since late in the 2019 season and their compression technology made an immediate difference in our athletes’ ability to recover,” said Kelly Feilke, VP Marketing, Communications & Development. “Recovery between hard training sessions and competition days is critical for elite athletes and we are confident Rapid Reboot will be a strong complement to our preparations for the Olympic Games.
Rapid Reboot’s FDA-cleared, medical-grade compression system boosts circulation, improves lymphatic function, increases mobility and relieves muscle tension with unparalleled efficiency to help athletes recover faster, rehab better, and perform better. The systems are comprised of a control unit and interchangeable attachments, including a Boots attachment, Hips attachment, and Arm attachments. The attachments offer comprehensive coverage of regions of the body while also targeting specific areas. The Boots attachment, for example, covers both legs from foot to thigh while delivering intermittent, targeted compression to the feet and ankles, calves, knees, and thighs and quads.
“As an up-and-coming US-based company offering some of the most premium recovery systems in the world, it’s only fitting we’ve partnered with USA Climbing,” said Robbie Jenkins, CMO of Rapid Reboot. “With climbing now in the Olympics, the entire sport will be on the international stage like never before. This means increased pressure on US climbers to perform like never before. We’re confident Rapid Reboot will provide that edge to take Team USA to the next level by elevating athletes’ individual performances.”
USA Climbing will offer all of its members and affiliated gyms special offers on Rapid Reboot compression recovery systems in email newsletters throughout the partnership. Rapid Reboot will also have on-site activations at select events where it will demonstrate its products for free to athletes and other participants, including spectators.
