Experienced an issue with my REGEN unit where it would not start up. Called customer service and spoke to Tyler who determined the unit should be sent in for repair. Within one hour I was provided with a shipping label and I sent the unit in.
After a few days I received notification that my REGEN unit was shipped back to my home. Upon receipt I was completely satisfied with the operation of my REGEN unit.
One business day later, I received a follow up from Kendall to ensure I was satisfied with my REGEN.

First and foremost, I’d like to say thank you to Kenady in customer service and the engineers. I had used the REGEN with the boots at a sports recovery center and I loved the way I felt after the sessions. My son is a high performance athlete and he enjoyed using the boots for recovery as well. So we purchased the REGEN and a pair of boots. There was a weird thing going on with our REGEN unit and I called the sports recovery center, and they said they hadn’t had any issues with any of there REGEN units. I contacted Rapid Reboot customer service, and I would say they have a top tier customer service department. I knew from the beginning of my issue to the resolution, I was a valued customer. I highly recommend Rapid Reboot as a sports recovery company. Hopefully you won’t have any issues or concerns, but in the rare chance that you do, just know you will have great customer care, especially if you get Kenady!

I misread the sizing on the Regen Hips attachment Tyler in Customer Service walked me through the process and even followed up to ensure the product was delivered and fit was better.

Im not the athlete trying to recover from tremendous pressure on the body, I am a middle aged woman whose body does what they do, slow down, tighten up and ache. I started using this set and immediately get relief!! Legs helps alleviate the joint pain and makes moving feel like i’m young again! Arms helps with pain and also keeps the blood flowing to relieve the numbness I get in them & Hips keeps the sciatica pain away!! We call it our PTP Physical Therapy prevention knowing as we age, keeping the circulation going is huge in how our body will be able to perform just the daily things not to mention keeping up with grandkids!!
