Rapid Reboot Demo Trial – Terms & Conditions
This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions between Rapid Reboot (“Provider”) and the undersigned participant (“Client” or “Receiver”) regarding the temporary use of Rapid Reboot demo products for a trial period.
Trial Duration
The two-week demo trial period (“Trial Period”) begins on the date the product is delivered and ends 14 calendar days later, unless extended in writing by a Rapid Reboot Account Manager or terminated earlier per the terms outlined herein.
Products Covered
The demo trial includes one REGEN unit and up to three attachments of your choosing. Classic Unit demos are not available at this time. Product availability may vary and is subject to change without notice.
Ownership and Title
All demo products remain the sole property of Rapid Reboot. The Client does not gain any ownership or title rights during or after the Trial Period.
Use, Care, and Maintenance
Client agrees to use the demo products solely for their intended purpose and in accordance with all provided instructions.
Client must take reasonable precautions to prevent damage, misuse, loss, or theft.
No alterations, modifications, or repairs may be made without prior written consent from Rapid Reboot.
Liability for Damage, Loss, or Theft
The Client is responsible for any loss or damage to the demo products during the Trial Period, excluding normal wear and tear or manufacturer defects.
Rapid Reboot is not liable for lost, stolen, or severely damaged demo products. If products are not returned for any reason, the Client’s card on file may be charged the full retail value.
Any incidents must be reported to Rapid Reboot immediately. At Rapid Reboot’s discretion, the Client may be required to repair or replace the damaged or lost products at their own expense.
Payment Assurance (Card on File)
Before shipping the product(s), a credit or debit card must be provided to Rapid Reboot. This card is kept securely on file and will not be charged during the trial unless conditions for non-return are triggered.
Card details will not be shared and will be securely deleted following the return or purchase of the product(s).
Communication and Follow-Up
At the conclusion of the 14-day trial, the Client agrees to either initiate or respond to communication from a Rapid Reboot representative regarding next steps.
If the Client chooses to purchase, they may do so using the card on file or an alternative method.
If the Client chooses not to purchase, Rapid Reboot will provide a prepaid return label for the return of the products.
Failure to Return Products
If the Client fails to respond to communication after 14 days and Rapid Reboot is unable to make contact after at least three documented attempts, the card on file will be charged for the full retail price.
If the Client communicates intent to return but fails to do so within two weeks and provides no follow-up, the card on file will also be charged.
A full refund may be issued if the product is returned within 30 days of being charged.
Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Reboot from any claims, damages, or losses arising from use of the demo products during the Trial Period.
Shipping
Rapid Reboot will cover standard shipping costs for both delivery and return of the demo products. Expedited shipping is available upon request and may incur additional charges.
Reservation of Rights
Rapid Reboot reserves the right to decline any demo request, modify product offerings based on availability, or terminate this agreement at its sole discretion.
