Rapid Reboot has a 30-day, money-back guarantee return policy. If you need to make a return, we’ll refund the full amount and cover the return shipping ourselves — there’s no restocking fee.

Give the system a try — if it’s not for you, just return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Currently, we accept returns for orders shipped within the United States.

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team at or 801-899-7511 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your name and order number so we can look up your purchase, and we’ll send you instructions for sending your item back.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll issue your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for us to process the return; your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit to your statement.

Attachment too big or too small? Contact us within 30 days of receiving your products and we’ll make sure your attachment fits just right with a complimentary size swap.
