Are higher pressures beneficial?›

For athletes who want a deeper, firmer compression, yes. The REGEN reaches 200 mmHg in every chamber, where the Normatec Elite tops out at 100 mmHg (110 in one zone). More range means more room to match the intensity you train with.

Higher pressure is an option, not a requirement. Each chamber sets independently from 0-200 mmHg in 10 mmHg steps, so you can go lighter over a knee and firmer on a calf or quad. If you have a medical condition, talk with your doctor about intermittent pneumatic compression first.
